The earliest affected version is 3.6.4 (2018-09-24) because of an error in a 2018-09-18 commit. Until the first key rotation, the TLS server always uses wrong data in place of an encryption key derived from an application.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:N","score":7.4},"cwes":["CWE-327"],"references":["http://lists.opensuse.org/opensuse-security-announce/2020-06/msg00015.html","https://gnutls.org/security-new.html#GNUTLS-SA-2020-06-03","https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/package-announce%40lists.fedoraproject.org/message/6C4DHUKV6M6SJ5CV6KVHZNHNF7HCUE5P/","https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/package-announce%40lists.fedoraproject.org/message/6RTXZOXC4MHTFE2HKY6IAZMF2WHD2WMV/","https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/package-announce%40lists.fedoraproject.org/message/RRQBFK3UZ7SV76IYDTS4PS6ABS2DSJHK/"],"products":["canonical:ubuntu_linux","debian:debian_linux","fedoraproject:fedora","gnu:gnutls"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:05:42.039641217+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2020-13777","score":0.22284,"percentile":0.97665,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
