{"cve":"CVE-2020-10271","nvd":{"published":"2020-06-24T05:15:12.847","modified":"2026-06-17T02:47:36.063","status":"Modified","description":"MiR100, MiR200 and other MiR robots use the Robot Operating System (ROS) default packages exposing the computational graph to all network interfaces, wireless and wired. This is the result of a bad set up and can be mitigated by appropriately configuring ROS and/or applying custom patches as appropriate. Currently, the ROS computational graph can be accessed fully from the wired exposed ports. In combination with other flaws such as CVE-2020-10269, the computation graph can also be fetched and interacted from wireless networks. This allows a malicious operator to take control of the ROS logic and correspondingly, the complete robot given that MiR's operations are centered around the framework (ROS).","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":9.8},"cwes":["CWE-668"],"references":["https://github.com/aliasrobotics/RVD/issues/2555","https://github.com/aliasrobotics/RVD/issues/2555"],"products":["aliasrobotics:mir1000_firmware","aliasrobotics:mir100_firmware","aliasrobotics:mir200_firmware","aliasrobotics:mir250_firmware","aliasrobotics:mir500_firmware","enabled-robotics:er-flex_firmware","enabled-robotics:er-lite_firmware","enabled-robotics:er-one_firmware","mobile-industrial-robotics:er200_firmware","uvd-robots:uvd_robots_firmware"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T21:05:42.039641217+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2020-10271","score":0.01802,"percentile":0.78517,"date":"2026-11-01"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
