The vulnerability is due to insufficient validation of input Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) packets. An attacker could exploit this vulnerability by altering the SIP replies that are sent to the affected phone during the registration process. A successful exploit could allow the attacker to cause the phone to reboot and not complete the registration process.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.0","vector":"CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-476"],"references":["https://tools.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-20190703-ip-phone-sip-dos","https://tools.cisco.com/security/center/content/CiscoSecurityAdvisory/cisco-sa-20190703-ip-phone-sip-dos"],"products":["cisco:ip_conference_phone_7832_firmware","cisco:ip_conference_phone_8832_firmware","cisco:ip_phone_7811_firmware","cisco:ip_phone_7821_firmware","cisco:ip_phone_7841_firmware","cisco:ip_phone_7861_firmware","cisco:ip_phone_8811_firmware","cisco:ip_phone_8841_firmware","cisco:ip_phone_8845_firmware","cisco:ip_phone_8851_firmware","cisco:ip_phone_8861_firmware","cisco:ip_phone_8865_firmware"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T20:57:00.690689396+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2019-1922","score":0.01317,"percentile":0.70784,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
