Since the upload interface does not verify the user login status, you can use this interface to upload files without setting a cookie. First, start an upload of JSP code with a .png filename, and then intercept the data packet. In the name parameter, change the suffix to jsp. In the response, the server returns the storage path of the file, which can be accessed to execute arbitrary JSP code.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.0","vector":"CVSS:3.0/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":9.8},"cwes":["CWE-434"],"references":["https://gitee.com/mingSoft/MCMS/issues/IO0IQ","https://gitee.com/mingSoft/MCMS/issues/IO0IQ"],"products":["mingsoft:mcms"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T20:53:59.789560037+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2018-18830","score":0.01205,"percentile":0.68288,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-c7c7-xm8g-xm36","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-c7c7-xm8g-xm36","summary":"Unrestricted Upload of File with Dangerous Type in mingsoft:ms-mcms","modified":"2023-11-08T04:00:05.978748Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Maven","name":"net.mingsoft:ms-mcms","purl":"pkg:maven/net.mingsoft/ms-mcms","ranges":["<=4.6.5"],"fixed":[]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
