The ability to exploit this vulnerability depends on the availability of classes in the class path that make use of deserialization. A remote attacker with the ability to spoof or control information may be able to send serialized Java objects with pre-set properties that result in arbitrary code execution when deserialized.","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:H","score":8.1},"cwes":["CWE-502","CWE-913"],"references":["http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/97382","http://www.securityweek.com/flaws-java-amf-libraries-allow-remote-code-execution","https://codewhitesec.blogspot.com/2017/04/amf.html","https://www.kb.cert.org/vuls/id/307983","http://www.securityfocus.com/bid/97382"],"products":["graniteds:graniteds"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T20:50:40.212176939+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2017-3200","score":0.06044,"percentile":0.93369,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[{"id":"GHSA-vx9j-rvmj-jc32","url":"https://osv.dev/vulnerability/GHSA-vx9j-rvmj-jc32","summary":"GraniteDS Insecure Deserialization","modified":"2024-02-16T08:22:46.524323Z","packages":[{"ecosystem":"Maven","name":"org.graniteds:granite-server-core","purl":"pkg:maven/org.graniteds/granite-server-core","ranges":["<=3.1.1.GA"],"fixed":[]}]}],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
