Attackers can send GET requests to /scripts/logdownload.php with traversal sequences like ../../etc/passwd, which readfile() returns unvalidated, disclosing local system files. Exploitation evidence was first observed by the Shadowserver Foundation on 2023-10-19.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:N/VA:N/SC:N/SI:N/SA:N","score":8.7},"cvss_v3":{"version":"3.1","vector":"CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:N/A:N","score":7.5},"cwes":["CWE-22"],"references":["https://github.com/projectdiscovery/nuclei-templates/blob/main/http/vulnerabilities/other/eyelock-nano-lfd.yaml","https://packetstorm.news/files/id/138274/","https://www.exploit-db.com/exploits/40227","https://www.vulncheck.com/advisories/eyelock-nano-nxt-3.05.1193-path-traversal-via-logdownload-php","https://www.zeroscience.mk/advisories/ZSL-2016-5356.html"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-23T16:39:26.291718493+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2016-20104","score":0.00613,"percentile":0.4906,"date":"2026-10-25"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
