When the PHP configuration directive allow_url_include is enabled (default: Off), an unauthenticated attacker can exploit the acf_abspath POST parameter to include and execute arbitrary remote PHP code. This leads to remote code execution under the web server’s context, allowing full compromise of the host.","cvss_v4":{"vector":"CVSS:4.0/AV:N/AC:L/AT:N/PR:N/UI:N/VC:H/VI:H/VA:H/SC:H/SI:H/SA:H","score":10.0},"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":["CWE-98"],"references":["http://web.archive.org/web/20121223025326/http://secunia.com:80/advisories/51037","https://raw.githubusercontent.com/rapid7/metasploit-framework/master/modules/exploits/unix/webapp/wp_advanced_custom_fields_exec.rb","https://wordpress.org/plugins/advanced-custom-fields/","https://wpscan.com/vulnerability/d132d93b-509c-490d-8001-87147ed28c5e/","https://www.exploit-db.com/exploits/23856"],"products":[],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T22:06:45.861874017+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2012-10025","score":0.01988,"percentile":0.80631,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
