NOTE: it could be argued that this is a fundamental design problem in any clientless VPN solution, as opposed to a commonly-introduced error that can be fixed in separate implementations. Therefore a single CVE has been assigned for all products that have this design","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":["CWE-264","CWE-284"],"references":["https://security.paloaltonetworks.com/PAN-SA-2025-0005","https://www.kb.cert.org/vuls/id/261869","http://kb.juniper.net/KB15799","http://seclists.org/fulldisclosure/2006/Jun/238","http://seclists.org/fulldisclosure/2006/Jun/269"],"products":["aladdin:safenet_securewire_access_gateway","cisco:adaptive_security_appliance","sonicwall:e-class_ssl_vpn","sonicwall:ssl_vpn","stonesoft:stonegate"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T19:54:26.868835795+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2009-2631","score":0.04823,"percentile":0.9198,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
