NOTE: a third-party researcher has disputed the impact of the cm_lib.inc.php vector, stating that it is limited to local file inclusion. CVE analysis as of 20060905 concurs, although use of ftp URLs is also possible. The remaining five vectors have also been disputed by the same third party, stating that the path_pre variable is initialized before it is used","cvss_v4":null,"cvss_v3":null,"cwes":[],"references":["http://secunia.com/advisories/21590","http://securityreason.com/securityalert/1495","http://www.osvdb.org/28217","http://www.securityfocus.com/archive/1/444076/100/100/threaded","http://www.securityfocus.com/archive/1/444220/100/100/threaded"],"products":["phpprojekt:phpprojekt"],"source":"nvd","synced_at":"2026-10-19T19:42:44.451428143+00:00"},"epss":{"cve":"CVE-2006-4609","score":0.03024,"percentile":0.87464,"date":"2026-10-31"},"kev":null,"osv":[],"attribution":["This product uses the NVD API but is not endorsed or certified by the NVD.","EPSS scores: FIRST Exploit Prediction Scoring System, https://www.first.org/epss","Known exploited vulnerabilities: CISA Known Exploited Vulnerabilities Catalog, https://www.cisa.gov/known-exploited-vulnerabilities-catalog","Package advisories: OSV (https://osv.dev), from the GitHub Advisory Database, PyPA, Go, RustSec and other ecosystem databases, under CC-BY 4.0 or CC0","CVE records: the CVE Program's CVE List (https://www.cve.org), under its terms of use (https://www.cve.org/Legal/TermsOfUse).
